What is the simplest way to raise value?

Her posture instantly straightened and she smiled when she heard the words, “I admire how you took charge and handled all those details.”
She was doing her job; I didn’t have to say anything. In the future, I know she will be motivated to handle details because she knows she is valued.
Appreciation has two dictionary definitions:
- rise in value
- grateful recognition
Appreciation is really a combination of the two because when you gratefully recognize someone you raise his or her value. Who adds value to your life? Have you told him or her?
I challenge you to find three people to appreciate today.
Appreciate is more than a ‘thank you.’
It is specific and sincere.
You will raise value!
Someone said, “Will this thing I do, be this person’s event of their day.” Appreciation can be the person’s positive event of the day.
