  • How long does it take to develop conflict mastery?​
    There are layers of learning. There is no end to the study (as a spiral doesn't end!)! Mastery is not about perfection. "The true master tries and fails and tries again and again."  George Leonard
  • ​​What is a Mini Course?​
    This 90 minute mini-course introduces you to the basics skills of Spiral Impact's conflict mastery.  You will have an opportunity to apply these concepts and ask questions. 
  • ​What is after the Mini Course?
    The course will give you a tools to practice and integrate into your work and life. I find clients that have on-going support and input master the content more rapidlly. You may opt to join the Blue Belt Certification Course or join Karen in individual coaching or team development to further 'own' these attributes.
  • Is it possible to have my own private community for my organization?​​​
